Use of the App

• The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter
• You must not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us

Subscriptions and Purchases

• Vocabulary packs are one-time purchases processed by Apple.
• Challenger Pass is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
• Refunds and billing support are handled by Apple under their policies.

No Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
